As an apprentice Pastry Chef, founder and CEO Lee Ferguson was instructed “Start with the best and you’ll never be sorry.” Since 1991, this principal has guided the growth of Creative Cuisine Gourmet Bakers.
In that time, Creative Cuisine has grown into an expanded industrial facility located near Tampa International Airport. Strategic partnership with foodservice and retail distributors has fueled the success of our desserts throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern states. Increasing product line capacity and creating customized dessert items allows Creative Cuisine to meet the needs of a diverse clientele. In utilizing the skills of our talented pastry chefs and sales team, we have created distinctive signature desserts and specialized merchandising programs for many of the regions finest retail and foodservice operations.
In providing the optimum customer experience, Creative Cuisine continues to grow on the foundation of flavor, imagination and service.
Chef Lee Ellen Ferguson is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, NY, and has trained in New York and Geneva, Switzerland. As president of Creative Cuisine, she draws upon years of hotel and restaurant experience and the family passion for great food, especially dessert! Her experience with the European traditions of fine ingredients, technique, and flair for presentation left an indelible image that graces her dessert creations today.
