This mountainous beauty combines our ultra moist devils food cake with the creamiest dark fudge icing and mini chocolate chips. Layered high, and swirled with more fudge, this extra large classic is the mother of all fudge cakes!

Caffe Latte

Buttery vanilla genoise cake drizzled with café liqueur and freshly brewed espresso. Artfully layered with mocha and Java cream mousse and beautifully finished with imported chocolate decor.

Raspberry Truffle

Layers of moist chocolate cake, brushed with Belgian raspberry preserves and paired with silky chocolate mousse, whole red raspberries and chocolate ganache.

Austrian Lemon

Layers of moist butter cake paired with lemon curd custard and topped with a mosaic of almond paste and fruit preserves.

Cappuccino Fantasy

Mocha and espresso cream mousse artfully layered with moist chocolate cake. Topped with bittersweet chocolate ganache and decorated with handmade chocolate diamond ornaments.
